888 Crushing and Screening Equipment has signed an agreement with RUBBLE MASTER to distribute the Austrian company’s range of RM GO! compact crushing systems throughout Australia.
888CSE director Henry Neville says the company chose to enter the partnership based on the RM GO! crushers’ economic efficiency and environmental relevance, adding that the machines are very popular in recycling applications such as concrete, bricks, asphalt and glass, and in the processing of natural stone such as limestone, gravel and blue rock.
RUBBLE MASTER says its highly portable, compact crushers are profitable for any size of business because they let you turn mineral starting material into high-quality, cubic and homogeneous aggregate directly on site and in a single step.
The GO! concept arose through the user’s ability to earn revenue immediately, the company adds: “1-2-3 GO! Enter. Start. Earn money.”
The machines, which are all one-person-operated crawler units with radio remote control, vary in weight from about 19 tonnes to 34 tonnes and have benefits such as high performance, reliability, fuel economy, reduced wear costs and easy operation.
The flagship machine, the RM 100GO!, is a primary or secondary crusher with a re-feeding belt that sends oversize material back into the vibro feeder and returns it to the crusher. (A similar system is available as an option for the RM 90GO! and RM 70GO!)
The RM 100GO! has a transport weight of 29 tonnes before options, and 34 tonnes with screen and recirculation conveyor.
It has a maximum capacity of up to 250 tonnes per hour, depending on material and product size.
Next down the list is the compact 23.6-tonne RM 90GO!, which is a quiet-operating and low-emission crusher with low diesel consumption of around 18 litres per hour.
Maximum production can reach around 160 tonnes per hour.
Finally, the RM 70GO! weighs in at about 19 tonnes and is made to be a very portable but high-capacity crusher —up to a maximum of 120 tonnes per hour of cubic aggregate.
Like the RM 90GO! it has very low diesel consumption and emissions, and is very quiet.
