Construction equipment dealer Brisbane Mini Excavator Sales (BMES) has announced it is now the official Australian distributor for the H and YX series of Hercules wheel loaders.
BMES says Hercules loaders have been extensively tested for use in harsh Australian conditions, are extremely tough and have been built to high manufacturing standards.
The Hercules H series wheel loaders feature automatic hydrostatic transmissions, allowing the machines to move in both forward and reverse directions by using a simple thumb control switch.
The transmission also features high- and low-speed buttons for travelling and working operation respectively. This eliminates the need for the old-style manual gear leavers usually found on the steering column.
The H series models can be fitted with several different engines depending on the machines’ load capacity.
BMES says the YX series loaders are from a state of the art factory “that uses modern facilities from the basic chassis building assembly through to the end ROPS cabin building process”.
“The YX series are robot welded, sand blasted, rust proofed, primed and painted well before being assembled, so even the chassis have a paint condition just as good as any automobile in the western world,” it says. “The quality and attention to detail being put into this product is second to none.”
The YX series loaders feature a planetary powershift transmission, giving the machines two forward and one reverse gear operated by soft-touch gear change on the steering column.
The base models (YX636 and YX656) have either a Weichai Deutz or Shanghai Diesel Engine (licensed by Caterpillar). Above the base models in the YX series are the YX638 and YX657 models, which run off Cummins engines and feature ZF electronic transmissions giving the machines four forward and two reverse gears.
BMES says that all these Hercules wheel loaders feature large ROPS/FOPS cabins with plenty of leg room, a large and adjustable seat plus a full air-con system, all aimed at increasing operator safety and comfort.
All loaders have rear cameras for improved operator visibility, LED lights, bucket float control and digital gauges. The machines also come with a quick hitch as standard.
BMES advises that it can deliver Hercules products to any location Australia wide.
