The inaugural Building the Territory Conference will be held at the Darwin Convention Centre on August 20 and 21,
The event is an opportunity for those working in the consutrction and mining industry such as developers, contractors, project owners and government representatives to meet the Territory’s project owners and leaders, and to hear about the new opportunities and developments for the built environment in the region.
The conference will run alongside the 8th Annual Mining the Territory and 20th Anniversary SEAAOC Conferences. Together, the three conferences will form the 6th Annual NT Resources Week.
Among the subjects to be covered over the two days are: Addressing Darwin’s growing pains — A development industry perspective; The outlook for NT’s current and future transport and infrastructure projects; and the outlook for the tourism industry in NT and future construction needs.
