The reconditioned 1000 / 1540 cone crusher is offered with a 6 months / 1000 Hours parts warranty from 888cse.

This refurbished Pegson 1000 cone crusher offers a significant saving over a new / replacement cone crusher.

This cone is widely used on Terex Pegson / Powerscreen Maxtrak 1000 cone crushers, Finlay 1540 Tracked Cone Crushers and Terex TC1000 skid mounted cone modules.

888cse has fully stripped down the cone, rebuilt and re-machined any mating / sealing surfaces which were out of tolerance, back to the OEM specifications.

All New bearings fitted.
New seals and all Hydraulics resealed / replaced as required.
New High Grade 22% Manganese MC Liners installed.
The cone crusher can therefore be installed directly on an existing Maxtrak 1000 or Finlay 1540 chassis. (Check Transducer for specific application).
888cse is also able to offer a hire-buy on the Pegson 1000 cone. (Subject to deposit, credit approval, PPSR and 888CSE T&Cs).
