The Tetra Tebel OST is a stainless steel horizontal tank specifically designed for the production of curd and most types of cheese.
Some of the applications for this vessel include filling of cheese milk, mixing of ingredients, coagulation of milk, cutting of coagulum, blending, whey discharge, water addition, indirect heating and cooling, emptying and CIP (Cleaning in Place).
The bottom half of the tank has a heating & cooling jacket.
The agitator is driven by a 5.5kw, 415V geared motor.
Tank is fitted with an end site inspection manway.
