What do you get when you cross five Caterpillar heavy machines and 30 massive wooden blocks weighing in at almost 300kg each? That’s right — the world’s largest Jenga game!

The first a series of Caterpillar short films to be made as part of its ‘Built For It’ marketing initiative, ‘Stack’ challenged some pretty skilled operators with 121 years of combined experience to remove and then reposition the stack of blocks one at a time, without the stack toppling over.

The resulting game is fascinating, and well worth watching until the end.

The Cat machines used in the game are the 320E and 349E medium and heavy hydraulic excavators, a TH514C telehandler with a 13m lift height, a 277D multi-terrain loader and a M316D wheel excavator.
