ITR Pacific announces acquisition of Heavy Parts

ITR Pacific has announced the acquisition of Brisbane’s Heavy Parts, further expanding its diesel engine parts capabilities in the heavy machinery market

Aftermarket parts supplier ITR Pacific has recently acquired Brisbane-based engine parts business Heavy Parts, which has been rebranded ITR.

“This collaboration marks a significant milestone for us, as it allows us to expand our capabilities and offer an even wider range of spare parts options to enhance our engine parts program,” ITR says.

“We are committed to continuously improving and providing our clients with the best solutions to ensure we continue to establish our reputation in the engine parts market.”

ITR Pacific national product manager of diesel engine parts Wayne Rogers affirms the significant success that ITR Pacific has achieved in the diesel engine parts market over the last few years, saying that this growth is due to strategic partnerships, exceptional customer service and competitive pricing.

“The distributorship agreement with FP Diesel, a US-based supplier and manufacturer of quality engine components for North American heavy duty diesel engines parts, has enabled ITR Pacific to cater to a wide range of makes and models, including Cummins, Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel and Komatsu, meeting the diverse needs of clients,” he says.

“The acquisition of Heavy Parts in Brisbane marks a pivotal moment in ITR Pacific’s expansion strategy, allowing for the broadening of offerings in the diesel engine parts segment and reinforcing the overall engine parts program.

This expansion and integration initiative is expected to strengthen the company’s competitiveness and provide added value to customers in the transportation, construction and mining sectors.

ITR Pacific now caters for a vast range of models for both off-highway and on-highway applications, ranging from the smaller Cummins B and Komatsu 95 Series right through to the larger high horsepower models such as Cummins ISX/QSX, Caterpillar C15, C18, C27 & C32. With the recent addition of the Detroit DD15 to its range, ITR Pacific is now recognised as the prime supply option for repairers and owner/operators who require quality engine parts alternatives at affordable and competitive prices.

In the three years since launching its diesel engine parts program, ITR Pacific has grown to become the largest stockist and supplier of FP Diesel products in Australia. ITR Pacific says this is down to its commitment to maintaining good stock levels and competitive pricing while providing customers with a high level of customer service and support.
