Komatsu acquires iVolve

Komatsu is expanding its fleet management capabilities with the acquisition of Australian developer iVolve

Australian mining and quarry fleet management system developer iVolve has been acquired by Komatsu.

iVolve co-founders Kim Parascos and David Eagles will continue in their current roles as CEO and CTO respectively, ensuring continuity in product development and customer relationships.
