New Holland Construction has expanded its compact wheel loader portfolio for the North American market, with three new C series models – the W60C, W70C and W80C LR
New Holland Construction’s three new compact wheel loader models – W60C, W70C and W80C LR – each deliver a distinct need for the market, New Holland says.
“The development of these advanced compact wheel loader models was driven by our goal to enhance the operator and owner experience and the need to put more options with more versatility in their hands,” North America product manager Dan Kakareka says.
Upgrades to horsepower and the Z-Bar boom design make the W60C suited for applications such as landscaping, material handling, snow removal and more, the company says.
Customers can expect the W70C to tackle the same jobs as the W60C but with additional horsepower, speed and performance. With a lighter operating weight of 5,443kg and 74 horsepower (55kW), the W70C is ideal for a wide range of tasks and a variety of markets, including light construction, landscaping, contracting and municipalities.

Designed for the agricultural market, the W80C LR model is a high-speed option that employs a lift capacity of 4,808kg and an operating weight of 5,896kg. The W80C LR is suited to tasks like loading feed into total mixed ration mixers or stacking bales in barns.
All three models offer new features which New Holland says will improve comfort and ease of operation. A new ROPS/FOPS-certified cab is a staple of the new models, with advanced climate control options and a fully sealed, pressurised cab to minimise noise and keep out dust.
