The NSW government is looking for input on culture and diversity in construction
The NSW Government Women in Construction survey is now in its third year. Building on from the two previous Women in Construction surveys, in 2025 the state government hope to further develop its understanding of key challenges related to culture and diversity on sites and identify opportunities to drive change.
The survey results have enabled the NSW government to make data driven decisions to address cultural challenges in our industry. This year, it will grow this evidence base and further understand the impact of the NSW Government Women in Construction Program, as well as work being undertaken by industry, and to inform the direction of future efforts.
This survey is for individuals (both women and men) who work in the construction industry and spend most of their time onsite.
The survey should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete and the questions will focus on individuals’ experiences within the construction industry.
