HCA’s ConSol Premium Service packages introduce a unique opportunity: offering the comfort of protecting investments through superior and flexible maintenance arrangements. ConSol Premium Service offers a suite of four tailored packages to suit customers’ needs: upfront payment, monthly payments, capped price and parts-only agreements.
This offering is a complete solution that provides routine maintenance to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) guidelines, condition monitoring and a machine inspection to care for the health of your machinery.
ConSol Premium Service packages are available on a range of Hitachi excavators, wheel loaders and Bell articulated dump trucks with parts and labour discounts making it cost effective for customers. HCA national parts and service strategy manager Dylan Gomez says “it is important to stay on top of your machine maintenance to increase its lifespan, reduce operating costs and improve re-sale value. We will proactively manage the health of your machine.”
In addition to the ConSol Premium Service packages, HCA is pleased to launch a new program, ‘ConSol Plus’, providing further incentives with an additional one year extended warranty and loyalty parts and service discounts. By signing up multiple machines to Hitachi’s ConSol Premium Service program, you can receive further discounts across your entire fleet.
ConSol Plus will also increase the protection of your investment to four years/8,000 hours or five years/10,000 hours with a ConSol Premium Service plan, depending on the machine.

REMANUFACTURED (REMAIN) COMPONENTS
HCA has a long history in supporting the mining market with its own Reman program through its Australian manufacturing facility. HCA is now proud to extend this remanufactured component offering for construction equipment. Manufactured in Hitachi’s facilities in Japan, HCA released the product to market in 2020. Construction ‘Reman Components’ are backed by Hitachi’s standard 12-month parts warranty.
“The factory-supplied Construction Reman range gives our customers peace of mind by using OEM rebuilt components whilst offering considerable cost savings of up to 40 per cent of the cost of new parts,” explains Gomez.
HCA’s extensive product coverage includes hydraulic cylinders/pumps, swing motors, travel motors/pumps and centre joints.
“We will continue to expand this program to provide greater coverage to our customers,” adds Gomez.
