Case is positioning its 1-tonne SR220 skid-steer loader as perfect for use in landscaping and garden design.
Part of the recently upgraded radial-lift (SR) skid-steer range, the Case SR220 skid steer is driven by a 61kW Case 432T/M3 engine and features a cab design with increased headroom and lap-bar width, improved forward, side, rear and overhead visibility, ergonomically positioned controls and special side lighting.
In fact, the cab is 25 per cent larger than those in similar-sized loaders and the “ultra-narrow wire side-screen design with more glass surface area provides 360-degree visibility”, Case says.
Other features worth noting in the SR220 include cab tilting, an automatically activated safety locking system that prevents the cab from dropping, easy-access daily service points and remote mounted filters.
A sealed and pressurised cab for use in high noise and dust environments is available as an option.
