Bobcat T595 compact track loader launched

Bobcat has announced the release of its newest compact track loader in the popular 500 frame size, the T595.

UPDATE 12/04/2017:
We’ve received confirmation from Bobcat distributor Clark Equipment that the Bobcat T595 compact track loader is available in Australia now.

Original story follows:

Available now in the United States, the Bobcat T595 is just 172cm wide when fitted with a standard bucket and is suited to work in cramped, urban construction sites.

The track loader is powered by a 55.2kW Tier 4 turbocharged diesel engine. Bobcat says this is the most power of any loader in its size class and, with improved pushing and digging power, can eliminate the need to move to a larger machine.

The T595 has a rated operating capacity of 998kg, with the machine itself weighing in at just over 3.5 tonnes. Available in single-speed or two-speed options, the two-speed machine has a top travelling speed of 16.7 km/h, a figure Bobcat again says is the best in its size class.

Bobcat says the T595 incorporates multiple design elements focused on minimising machine downtime. The engine is mounted transversely, allowing easy access to daily maintenance points.

The loader’s quick coupler is mounted directly to the front plate of the lift arm, giving it a solid mounting and hydraulic hoses are fed directly through the machine’s loader arms to increase protection.

An extended guard bar protects the front of the machine from damage, while a solid steel tailgate protects the rear.

The T595 also has an automated ‘shutdown protection system’ to kill power to the machine in the event of catastrophic failure. The protection system monitors engine coolant temperature, engine oil pressure and the engine’s RPM to identify any problems.
