Rammer RamData aims to extend rockbreaker life

Rockbreaking equipment by definition takes a hell of a beating, but the RamData system from Rammer is designed to help operators avoid incorrect operation and extend the life of their tools.

RamData uses electronic sensors to record impacts and breaking times during normal operation. The information can then be downloaded and analysed by a Rammer dealer to determine if the hydraulic hammer has been operated correctly.

Using a rockbreaker incorrectly can result in increased breaking times and excessive wear on the tool, increasing the risk of major damage and unplanned downtime. This will also push up service and maintenance costs.

The RamData system also helps technicians servicing hydraulic hammers by providing service history, service interval and working history information, allowing technicians to maintain a regular servicing schedule.

RamData is a standard feature on all medium and large Rammer rockbreakers and is available as an optional extra on Rammer’s smaller models.

Australian Rammer dealers also offer comprehensive operator training to help prolong the life of your rockbreakers.
