  • Vertical lift version of the TL10
  • 55.4kW Tier 4 engine
  • Single piece, reinforced frame

The release of the TL10V2 follows release of first vertical lift model in Australia, the TL12V2. The TL10V2 weighs in at 4,585kg and features greater lift arm and bucket breakout force than the radial lift TL10.

The compact track loader is driven by a 55.4kW Kubota diesel configured to US Tier 4 Final emissions requirements. Rated operating capacity is just over 1.5 tonnes and Takeuchi says the machine is one of the most powerful in its weight class.

The TL10V2 has been given a similar ruggedized treatment to the TL12V2, with a fully welded box frame with double gussets improving strength even further. The loader’s cross member and step positions have been lowered to improve operator visibility to the bucket edge or attachment.

The Takeuchi TL10V2 has a purpose-built unique undercarriage including rollers and idlers that Takeuchi says have been performance matched. The rollers are double flanged to reduce vibration and noise inside the cab.

The redesigned operators’ cab has a deluxe high-backed air-suspension seat with pilot-style joystick controls on either side, as well as air-conditioning and radio. Among the controls is a hydraulic lock that can isolate loader functions when the arm is raised or the key is in the ‘off’ position.

The cab also features a 14.4cm multi-function display that monitors machine performance and vital functions and a heavy duty roll-up door designed for ‘low effort’ operation. The unique roll-up design (rather than swing-out) of the door also means operators can exit the machine even if the lift arms are stuck in the ‘up’ position.

Takeuchi has aimed to streamline the servicing of the TL10V2, by grouping major service points such as the filter, hydraulic components and hydraulic tank together under the engine hood.
