The company recently held a celebratory event at its new premises in Davenport, a suburb of Bunbury, WA. The Onetrak equipment yard was transformed into a demonstration site for clients in the market for new machinery.

The event was also held to showcase Onetrak’s new product lines, including forestry machines from Canadian group Tigercat, crushing and screening equipment from Australian manufacturer Striker and construction machines from Hidromek.

Machinery on hand at the demonstration included a Tigercat skidder, a Hidromek excavator and backhoe loader as well as a Dressta dozer. A Striker jaw crusher was also on static display during the event.

"Striker was pleased to attend the Onetrak Bunbury WA open day and to see so many of our loyal customers visit and inspect the full range of products on offer," Striker Australia business development and dealer manager Neil McKenna says.

"We are proud to be associated with a company like Onetrak who are driven to succeed in the construction equipment industry with brands like ours."

Among the prospective buyers were local construction and logging companies who say they were impressed by Onetrak’s setup and the equipment on display.

"I was very impressed with the Tigercat forestry machines and the changes they have made to the cab as well as the hydraulic system," Plantation Logging’s David Hughan says.

"I was also very surprised to see the quality of the new Hidromek machines that Onetrak is the dealer for. It was a well-organised and enjoyable event."

PLC Earthmoving’s David Cain says he was impressed with the quality of the backhoe, especially the plating and welding, adding: "I will be organising a demo with this machine in the new year."

Onetrak says the event was an opportunity to show its commitment to the south-west WA region.

"It was fantastic to be able to celebrate the opening of the larger Onetrak Bunbury facility with customers, suppliers and staff," Onetrak managing director David Hazell says.

"Onetrak has committed to the south-western region of WA in a significant way with this larger, purpose-built facility."
