Screenmasters has recently introduced its range of bespoke crushers, screens and conveyors into the marketplace, purpose built for the Australian conditions

SMA1210 impact crusher

With the harsh climate and vast distances faced in Australia, Screenmasters machines are designed with five principles in mind: simple to use, reliability, productivity, fuel-efficient and low maintenance/wear costs.

The new fleet includes the SMA1210 Impactor with 1,200mm diameter rotor with extra grinding and shaping path; SMA1150 cone crusher; SMA110J and SMA700 jaw crushers that are ideal for hard rock applications; SMA1860 20x6 scalping screen; SMA2600 20x5 incline screen and a range of 23m tracked mounted, radial and direct feed conveyors.

Unique changes and enhancements on these units include higher horsepower engines where needed, to increase production and lower fuel consumption and drive direct systems and load sensing hydraulics for lower running costs.

Screenmasters also highlights a new feeding system (step deck) for higher throughput, extended main conveyors, gear box drive on conveyors rather than pump for more torque and fewer blockages, oversize main drive bearings and shaft that are standard on the company’s jaw crushers, limited automation and simple to use controls.

The machines also use hydraulic pipes in place of hoses, oversized hydraulic coolers and radiators, rip stop belts that last four times longer than standard belts, and 400mm-wide heavy duty tracks.
