CR Digital says the new load haul optimisation system for wheel loaders will boost machine productivity and lessen damage.
US mining technology group CR Digital has launched the Titan 3330 Load Haul Optimisation System for wheel loaders – which it says will boost productivity in the loading machines.
The product is an expansion of CR’s Titan 3330 product for hydraulic excavators and shovels, which has since had more than 150 deployments and builds on 1.5 billion tonnes of in-field experience.
The Titan 3330 system provides operators with truck payload measurements in real time, enabling them to load trucks more accurately and increasing each vehicle’s average payload without increasing major overloads.

Now available for wheel loaders, the Titan 3330 package was originally developed for hydraulic excavators and shovels.

CR Digital general manager Damian Assaillit says the company worked closely with customers as it expanded the product range.
“The Titan 3330 has been engineered to help reduce machine damage, with inbuilt structural duty monitoring during dig cycles,” he says.
“Combined with our Orion Data Analysis software, the team can help interpret data from your operation to continually identify improvement opportunities.”
With trials of the new system already complete, CR Digital is confident of the improvement and production efficiencies produced by the new Titan 3330 for Wheel Loaders.
