Tutt Bryant has launched a new wheel loader range Down Under, replacing the Kawasaki wheel loaders in its product line-up
Italian wheel loader brand Venieri has made its debut Down Under, thanks to local distributor Tutt Bryant.
Tutt Bryant business development manager Mark Ewan told Earthmovers & Excavators the company had sold three of the wheel loaders to the Cassowary Coast Regional Council in Far North Queensland, as well as adding one to its hire fleet in Western Australia.
Ewan says the company has brought in Venieri to replace its Kawasaki range – after the manufacturer sold its remaining stake to HCM after roughly 30 years of working with Tutt Bryant.
“That left a void in our product line, so we had to look for an alternative loader,” he says.
Ewan says Tutt Bryant was referred to the Venieri range by Yanmar, which it also imports to Australia.
Ewan says the new wheel loader offering for Australia will complement the current product range for the civil and construction market, with the company acting as Venieri’s sole local distributor.
The company will be importing four models from the 23-strong Venieri wheel loader range at this stage, starting with the 8.3 tonne, 128 horsepower (95kW) 7.63C.
“Underneath 8.3 tonnes we still have access to the new Yanmar loaders – the V80 and the V100,” says Ewan.
The company will also import the 13.4-tonne, 164hp (122kW) 12.63; the 14.1-tonne, 184hp (137kW) 13.63; and the 19.5-tonne, 228hp (170kW) 18.63 – the latter model currently working on rail maintenance projects in WA.
Other features of the 18.63 wheel loader include its 900 Newton metres of torque and its bucket – with a capacity of between 3.5 and 5 cubic metres.
It also comes with a Z bar for powerful digging performance, a hydraulic Q/hitch, pallet forks and crane jib as options, as well as a rearview camera and an ergonomic cabin design. All units are hydrostatic and fitted with a single joystick with forward/reverse switch.
