Sany adds sales director and WA dealer

Heavy equipment manufacturer Sany has expanded its national dealership network while also adding a new sales director.

Sany Australia, which is based in Melbourne, has appointed Nathan Everett to the sales director position.

Everett has 25 years’ experience in the construction equipment industry since beginning an auto electrician apprenticeship in 1996.

Sany Australia has also added Western Australia-based company Brooks Equipment to its national dealership network.

The move means Sany will have an extra eight dealership branches in WA and comes after the dealer conducted rigorous tests on Sany’s excavators in that state.

Brooks Equipment carried out the trials on a range of Sany excavators in the north west of Western Australia to test the machinery for itself.

“We were really impressed by the reliability of the excavators, a key priority for us in WA,” Brooks Equipment general manager Nathan Fenemer says.

“All four models that we tested have not missed a beat in over 12 months of hard work.

“Having the opportunity to work with a global leader in construction equipment manufacturing is a privilege and we look forward to showing our customers the incredible value this partnership will deliver to them.”

Another Sany dealer, Victorian-based Ultro Plant and Equipment, has also recently expanded operations.

The company opened four new agencies last month, including in key regional cities of Bendigo and Shepparton.
