SDLG will launch the new L948 wheel loader and E635F excavator at the Bauma 2016 construction and machinery expo in Munich, Germany, in April.
Chinese construction equipment manufacturer Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery will be returning to Bauma under the SDLG brand as a bigger international player than it was a year ago thanks to a number of product launches and market expansions into Asia, Europe and North America in 2015 as well as the opening of production facilities in Brazil.
“SDLG is growing consistently and with good pace as we continue to build our international presence,” SDLG president Yu Mengsheng says. “Several of our most popular models have been rolled out to major markets in recent months.”
The 4-tonne-rated SDLG L948 wheel loader is powered by a Yanmar SD60B engine configured to meet Tier III emissions regulations and is the evolution of the previous L946 model.
The driveline features a ZF 4WG158 automatic transmission, and full hydraulic brakes keep the machine under control. The new loader has a maximum breakout force of 125kN with a standard bucket capacity of 2.3 cubic metres.
Safety features include a large, ergonomically designed operator cab with a reverse camera. The loader also has automatic load-sensing capabilities to prevent overloading.
SDLG’s other new offering on show at Bauma is the E635F mini-excavator. Rated at 3.5 tonnes, the E635F is driven by a Yanmar 4TNV88 engine capable of 26.3kW of power.
The standard bucket size is 0.11 cubic metres, which gives a breakout force of 32kN. The machine has also been fitted with SDLG’s new E-series operator cab.
Apart from the two brand new products on show, SDLG will also have its full product range at Bauma including the L959 wheel loader, the B877 backhoe loader, the G9190 motor grader and the RS7120 road roller.
