Sumitomo’s Australian distributor Tutt Bryant Equipment has unveiled the new Sumitomo SH75XU-6A eight tonne offset boom and dipper arm excavator to the Australian market.
Compared to its sister model – the SH80X, the SH75XU-6A comes fully equipped with an offset dipper arm and extra cylinder allowing operation in very tight and confined areas.
Tutt Bryant Equipment says the new model features all of its predecessor model’s features plus a host of new bells and whistles including a standard air-conditioned ROPS cabin, FOPS level 2 Head Guard, HBCV (Hose Burst Control Valve) new colour monitor with rear view camera and double acting hydraulics with in-cab pressure settings.
Some of the SH75XU-6A’s other features include a 1.75 dipper arm, 450mm shoe, EMS maintenance system, short type operating controls, cab tops spotlights. Platstic cell window with sunshade and overload sensor and alarm.
The unit has a maximum digging radius of 6.36 metres, a digging depth of 4.25 metres, a dump height of 5.31 metres, ground pressure of 0.037MPa, a bucket digging force of 56.9kN and an operating weight of 8,260 kg.
