Tilly’s heads to the 2025 Heavy Equipment & Machinery Show

Now part of the USCO ITR Group, Tilly’s will be showcasing an even wider range of machinery parts at the Heavy Equipment & Machinery Show

As the industry enters another exciting Field Day and Trade Show season, Tilly’s looks forward to connecting with customers old and new, showcasing the latest additions to its ever-expanding product range.

This year holds special significance for Tilly’s, as it marks one year since its acquisition by USCO ITR Group – an important milestone that reinforces its commitment to quality, service and innovation.

From its humble beginnings in 1984, Tilly’s has built a reputation for delivering the right part at the right price, right now. The past year has been a testament to the strength of that reputation, as its integration into the USCO ITR family has allowed further enhancement of offerings while staying true to core values.

The decision by USCO ITR to acquire Tilly’s highlights the strength of its brand, its dedicated team of 60 professionals, and its extensive product range. It was a strategic move that acknowledges its long-standing success in the Australian market and ensures that Tilly’s remains a trusted name in the earthmoving industry. Importantly, while it has the backing of a global leader, its operational independence and personalised approach to customer service remain unchanged.

Since joining the USCO ITR Group Tilly’s has introduced ITR rubber tracks to its lineup, offering a comprehensive selection of compact tracked loader parts, including rubber tracks, rollers, sprockets, idlers and final drives. Even more exciting, following great success in the US and Europe, ITR agricultural rubber tracks will be introduced to Australia later this year.

These additions complement an already extensive inventory of more than 40,000 product lines, ensuring that customers continue to find the trusted brands they rely on alongside an expanded range of quality ITR products. Whether for excavators, dozers, loaders, or compact tracked machines, Tilly’s continues to provide premium alternative parts and components.

While the product range continues to grow, the dedication to customer service remains unchanged. Whether assisting with parts selection, sourcing hard-to-find components, or offering expert advice, the team at Tilly’s Toowoomba remains committed to meeting the needs of customers.

Beyond parts, Tilly’s continues to offer a range of quality, near-new earthmoving machinery, including late-model excavators, loaders, dozers and skid steers. Its full refurbishment workshop provides services from complete undercarriage replacements to engine and transmission rebuilds, ensuring that customers’ equipment stays in peak condition.

Preventative maintenance is key to long machine life, and the workshop team is ready to provide cost-effective mid-life rebuilds and essential servicing across Australia.

With Field Day and Trade Show season upon the industry, Tilly’s is eager to engage with customers at upcoming events. These events provide the perfect opportunity to reconnect, introduce new products and demonstrate the expanded capabilities that come with being part of the USCO ITR Group.

Tilly’s will be attending several major industry events, including the Heavy Equipment Machinery Show in Brisbane (May), FNQ Field Days in Mareeba (May), Farmfest in Toowoomba (June), and AgQuip in Gunnedah (August). These events provide a great platform to showcase the latest products, connect with customers and highlight the advancements made over the past year.

Whether long-time customers or those just discovering Tilly’s, visitors are encouraged to attend these events to see firsthand how the range, expertise and commitment to service continue to evolve. With a strong foundation and the support of a global leader, Tilly’s is better positioned than ever to deliver the parts, service, and solutions that customers need.

“Becoming part of a global powerhouse has allowed us to leverage buying influence and quality assurance at a manufacturing level while retaining our own identity and trusted product offering,” Tilly’s general manager Lance Hinrichsen says.

“That means the best of both worlds for our valued customers.”

Tilly’s looks forward to the upcoming trade show season, welcoming customers to explore its expanded range and learn more about the continued commitment to quality and service.
