Japanese construction, agriculture and power equipment specialist Yanmar has released the new technology laden Vio30-6 canopy model compact excavator into the Australian market.
The Vio30-6 is powered by a 20.4kW Yanmar diesel engine. When coupled with hydrostatic pumps it can generate an impressive bucket breakout force of 23.5 kn.
The machine features an operating width of 1550mm and a conventional 300mm wide rubber track.
But the prominent features of the new Vio30-6 are its technological specs.
This includes its new LED colour monitor with an operating control system. The system enables the machine to monitor its past three months’ working history including daily updates on hour usage, fuel gauge and water temperature.
Yanmar claims fuel economy of the Vio30-6 has improved by approximately 20 per cent compared to the previous model due to the electronically controlled Yanmar engine and the newly developed hydraulic system.
The new model as well as a wide range of Yanmar construction equipment is distributed in the country via Tutt Bryant Equipment.
